Trish Neufeld

Trish is a Canadian director and producer whose passion for storytelling was sparked in her early days with a Hi8 camera.
She recently completed directing a two-part documentary series for Paramount+, and In Cold Water: The Shelter Bay Mystery — a three-part true-crime series for Amazon Prime — was nominated for Best Factual Series at the Canadian Screen Awards in 2025.
Trish has directed and produced two feature documentaries: Lulu Guru: The Man Behind the Yoga Pants (upcoming), and Dancing with Mom for Knowledge Network, which premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival and won a Leo Award for Best Screenwriting.
She also directed six seasons of the live comedy series The New Wave of Stand Up for CBC, which was nominated for Best Comedy Show at the 2024 Canadian Screen Awards.
Additional credits include serving as story producer on The Age of AI (Network Entertainment/YouTube Premium), writer-director of the short doc Save Space Nugget (TELUS), and associate producer on the animated film Max Steel: Dark Rival (Mainframe Entertainment).
Trish is known for her energy, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit. She loves every stage of the production process and thrives when working with strong creative teams, both in front of and behind the camera. After nearly a decade directing and producing unscripted entertainment, she is now expanding into scripted work while remaining open to documentary features and series.
