Monika Mitchell’s directing credits include most recently wrapping Netflix’s “MY LIFE WITH THE WALTER BOYS” S2 and Hallmark Channel’s limited series “THE CHICKEN SISTERS”. She also has directed multiples episodes of Netflix’s “VIKINGS VALHALLA” along with multiple seasons of “VIRGIN RIVER” for the streamer as well. Prior to this Monika directed “BRAZEN” for Netflix and multiples of “FIREFLY LANE” that included S2 premiere block as well as the premiere block for “VIRGIN RIVER” S5 and the finale block for their latest season 6. Other TV credits include two episodes of UP Network’s first family drama “TIES THAT BIND,” and she was the sole director on Out TV’s half-hour comedy “THE SWITCH,” the Canadian version of Amazon’s “TRANSPARENT.” Monika is an Alumna of over 120 international film festivals, including Slamdance and Cannes.
