Martin Wood is a Canadian Filmmaker who made an early mark in Directing US television action shows. 120+ hrs of episodic series including SyFy's Stargate SG-1,Atlantis, Sanctuary, Primeval New World and Netflix's Travelers. More recently he has been the lead director of five seasons of Netflix's Virgin River, and nine of Hallmark's Aurora Teagarden Mysteries. Christmas movies for CBS, Hallmark, Netflix and GAF. His feature long form work includes Stargate Continuum, Love Locks, The Impossible Elephant, Operation Christmas Drop for Netflix and the theater release of - Double Life, a thriller for Paramount. Martin's documentary work ranges from CTV's The Great Run of China to four episodes of CBC's Life and Times biography series- Alex Trebek, Pierre Burton, Ben Wicks and Vicki Gabereau
