Kevin is an award-winning writer, director and producer based in Vancouver. His most recent series, BRITISH COLUMBIA: AN UNTOLD HISTORY, won 5 Leo Awards (including Best Documentary Series, Best Direction and Best Writing) and was nominated for 5 Canadian Screen Awards. Previous director credits include HUMBOLDT: THE NEW SEASON and AFTER THE SIRENS, both nominated for Best Documentary Program at the Canadian Screen Awards, THE DEATH DEBATE (Canadian Screen Award nominee for Best Direction), and EMERGENCY ROOM: LIFE + DEATH AT VGH (Canadian Screen Award nominee for Best Direction and Best Documentary Series). He was also the Second Unit Director on the CBC drama series, THE ROMEO SECTION. Kevin’s producer credits include the afore-mentioned series THE ROMEO SECTION, the movies PREGGOLAND (TIFF, VIFF) and FIDO (Sundance, TIFF), and the Gemini Award-winning CTV movie, ELIJAH (VIFF, ImagineNATIVE).
