Jem Garrard

Jem Garrard is a British Canadian writer, Director and Producer. They are the creator and showrunner of the space opera series VAGRANT QUEEN for SYFY. An Emmy nominated director, and five time Leo award winner, their past projects include ANDROID EMPLOYED, MECH-X4, KILLER HIGH, YOU ME HER, WYNONNA EARP, DAY OF THE DEAD AND MOTHERLAND: FORT SALEM.

Jem is a queer non-binary creator. When not on set or in their writing nook, they can be found playing video games badly, riding their motorcycle or making amazing nachos. They live in Vancouver, BC with their family.
