    Acknowledgement for Specific Diversity Request


    (a) Only use the Diversity Information for purposes of the specific production that requested the Diversity Information and not share with any other production companies, even if related.


    (b) collect and use the Diversity Information only for the Purpose, and will not disclose it to any third party;


    (c) limit access to the Diversity Information only to those working for the production who have a need to know it for the Purposes;


    (d) ensure the Diversity Information remains confidential and is not disclosed beyond those individuals employed by the production company studio who are involved in the hiring of Directors;


    (e) not collect, access, use, disclose or destroy the Diversity Information for unauthorized
    purposes;


    (f) abide by all of your production companies physical, technical, administrative, and organizational measures to preserve the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the Diversity Information;


    (g) comply with all applicable data protection laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Act;


    (h) support individuals’ requests to cease using and securely destroy their Diversity Information, subject to any limitations in applicable law;


    (i) support individuals’ requests for access to and correction of (or annotation of, if appropriate) their Diversity Information in accordance with applicable law;


    (j) immediately report to the DGC and the individual if you have a reasonable basis to suspect that there has been any unauthorized collection, access, use, disclosure or destruction of the Diversity Information;


    (k) assist DGC in complying with its obligations in respect of the Diversity Information including but not limited to cooperating with DGC BC in responding to any inquiry, investigation, request for access, correction or return of Diversity Information; and

    (l) respond to DGC requests for information with respect to hiring of individuals based on the Diversity Information provided by the DGC.

    Acknowledgement Login ID and Password

    The Diversity Information of our members is highly sensitive personal information and access to the Diversity Information is provided to your production company/studio only for the purposes of increasing the diversity of the directors it hires (the “Purpose”). Your production company/studio is being provided with a confidential login (the “Login”) to access the Diversity Information in the DGC’s Director Website (the “Diversity Information”). Receipt of the Login is conditional on you and your production company/studio agreeing to:


    (a) Only use the Diversity Information for purposes of the specific production that requested the Diversity Information and not share with any other production companies, even if related.


    (b) collect and use the Diversity Information only for the Purpose, and will not disclose it to any third party;


    (c) limit access to the Diversity Information only to those working for the production who have a need to know it for the Purposes;
