Wendy Morgan

Chilean / Canadian director Wendy Morgan combines naturalism, bold style, and often choreography to create award-winning music videos for artists like Alicia Keys, Janelle Monáe, Lous and The Yakuza and films for brands like Lanvin, Rag & Bone, VW and The Paris Opera Ballet. In fall 2021, Wendy directed two episodes of Apple TV’s upcoming YA series “Strange Circuits”. Her television credits include eight episodes in the first two seasons of the hit series Backstage (Family Channel/Disney) as well as the comedy series Little Dog for CBC. Her feature film debut, Sugar Daddy, released in 2020, explores the ideals of feminism and debunks stereotypes of sex workers. Sugar Daddy won multiple CSA Awards and in 2021 Wendy won the DGC Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in a Feature. In spring 2025 Wendy is set to film her second feature film, Scratch House.
