Sam Mcglynn

Sam has been directing live action and CG for the last 20 years. In 2023 he directed his first action-comedy feature starring Will Sasso (Mad TV) Kevin McDonald (Kids in the Hall) Paul Spence (Fubar) and Mary Walsh. The film is set to release late fall of 2024. McGlynn has a varied background in the industry, having served as Global Creative Director for Electronic Arts, he directed many aspects of marketing, animation, and cinematics on blockbuster titles for Star Wars, FIFA, and Battlefield. He’s worked with massive budgets up to 45 million and is one of the most sought-after directors in the gaming industry. He currently leads Method Studios and Company 03’s Realtime division as Executive Creative Director. He oversees a wide variety of VFX work, primarily applying new tech and real-time graphics in groundbreaking ways, contributing to the exciting new world of LED wall effects for projects such as the Disney’s The Mandalorian.
