Paul Jay is a mutli-award winning documentary film producer, Director, and founder of Hot Docs. He has been awarded several Gemini's and many major festival screenings and awards. "Hitman Hart: Wrestling with Shadows" has been called one of the best documetaries of all time. His current project is "Doomsday Machine" based on Daniel Ellsberg's book. Ellsberg (Pentagon Papers) tells us the compelling and terrifying story of the "institutional madness" of American nuclear war plans and how the Russian invasion of Ukraine has made the world far more dangerous. He calls for dismantling the Doomsday Machine. Jay directs and Rob Johnson (Taxi to the Dark Side) is Exec Producer. A ten minute pitch video is available.
