Mostafa Keshvari

Mostafa Keshvari is an award-winning Iranian-born Canadian WGC writer, DGC director, and CMPA producer based in Vancouver. He was nominated for the "Top 25 Immigrant Awards" for his artistic contribution to social issues and equality as a filmmaker. Mostafa's films have won over 100 IMDb awards, including a DGC award and five Leo Awards nominations, as well as being selected at a few Oscar-qualifying film festivals. His drama films mainly explore relevant social themes and have been featured in The New York Times, Hollywood Reporter, The Guardian, TIMES, BBC, CBC, etc. Colorblind, his most recent feature film about disability and racism, has been selected for the Black Montreal Film Festival and Whistler Film Festival. Mostafa is also a member of WGC and DGC's BIPOC committee and serves as the founder of BC Minorities for Film and TV Society. After his 5th feature film, Mostafa is hoping to expand his career in the TV industry as a writer/director.
