Brian Rice is an accomplished Showrunner, Director and Writer based in Toronto, with production experiences around the Globe. He is a driven, creative storyteller that brings on-set experience in most areas of production into a production friendly powerhouse of movie making magic.
Brian pushes his stories to incredible heights with powerful visual storytelling that combines strong writing, authentic emotions, dynamic performances and beautiful photography to create riveting and memorable experiences with compelling ferocity and lasting importance.
Brian's recent projects include: Executive Producer / Showrunner / Director / Writer for the new crime series: “A Secret to Die For” (Blue Ant Studios). Directing the 2-hour season finale of “Fear Thy Neighbor” (Discovery ID). Showrunner / Director / Writer for the series: Encounter: UFO (T&E).
Brian has won numerous TV and film awards including: Best film of Festival, nominations for 6 Canadian Screen awards in Producing, Directing, Writing and Production Design, several DGC awards, Promax and Leo awards.
